The Little Black Dress Agency Returns Process
We hope you will love you order but just incase -

within five days of the item being received and let us know that you would like to return your item and why.
Deliveries
Purchased items will be despatched within 2 working days and will be posted using Special Delivery with tracking and requiring a signature upon delivery.
Return The Item
Pack and ship your item to The Little Black Dress Agency, Co Walbottle Tyre Services Limited, Chainbridge Road, Blaydon Upon Tyne, NE21 5AB.
We recommend using a tracked courier service (The Little Black dress Agency will not be liable for any loss or damage)
The item must be returned with the returns tags attached and unworn , undamaged and unused.
Claims
Any claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 7 days from the item being marked as delivered. All claims must be made via email
Refund
On receipt of the item it will be checked and once the checks have been done for returns tag and condition, the return will be accepted. Please note sunglasses and swimwear are non refundable. A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days to the account that made the purchase.
Authenticity Control
Quality control and authenticity is central to everything we do. At The Little Black dress Agency we do not accept any fakes or replicas.
Our items are authenticated via a third party.
